Regarding the drawn out financing process: Yes, management could have found a better means of financing ( and maybe more time efficient ) but the delay by the FCC quite probably would have brought us to the same time frame ,anyways. The price level we are now at might be much better without the help of the CIBC and the Canadian investment banks , since private placements seem to be much more shareholder friendly. Somewhere down the road, as the fundamentals become unquestionable, the banks retail abilities may offset this current situation, which they are no doubt profiting by.
