RT,

Your point IS THE POINT of this whole mess.

Vivus knew about these two studies a long time ago. In fact I mentioned them to Nina 2 months ago.

What would a "sensible" management team do? First, they would have one of their doctors at the meeting. At the presentation, that doctor could reveal how skewed the studies are by simply asking many questions after the presentation. It would make the presenter, not Vivus, look like a big fool with an agenda.

Second, Vivus should have made up press releases in advance pointing out the biases of the studies and why they were not fair to the effectiveness of MUSE. Then when all this negative bs comes out making MUSE look like sh$%#@t, the shareholders would feel like management is on the ball. Maybe these bastards are just too damned lazy to do this or maybe they are just plain STUPID.

Whatever the case is, you are absolutely positively 100% correct in saying that this entire crew needs to be shown the door.

Someone said that Wilson and crew would have a hard time to properly run a lemonaid stand. This is an understatement.
