Bruce, somehow I don't feel like laughing. Al Lapins should touch base with John Reed Stark and get an example of how the SEC actually operates. As a matter of policy, the SEC neither confirms or denys (sic) that it is investigating any person or firm. Our investigations are conducted on a confidential basis. This is done so as not to injure the reputation of those who may be unjustly accused of violations of law.
