38400 at 2.95, 6000 at 3.42, 6000 at 3.45, 10000 at 3.47, 9400 at
3.49, 50000 at 3.35, 25000 at 3.55 and buy 800 at 3.35. He now have
24984 shares. That is why we waiting to see if there is someone else
who is buying all this shares. If you know someone at
Sprott ask him why Eric is selling that much on Peerless. Those sells
happened between 3-4-98 and 30-4-98.

Luc, I don't pay much attention to brokerage firms, they have their own agenda's which may not be in my best interest. Frankly the reason I bought this was it was mentioned on Gilberts insider buying thread, the story looks compelling, turn around situation with a brand name"Peerless" that I reconize. Also the last 2 Q's looked pretty good to me, if they do 0.40 this year that would be great...I have what I call a medium position which is approx 1% of my portfolio, I hold a lot of securities with my largest position being about 7%.

However like I said I would sell right now at 3.95, I just missed the price a few weeks back as I was too busy at work to get my order in until the next day...
"This full time job sure gets in the way of my investing as well as a bunch of other interests" :)
