Index is based on y2k stocks. Look at the prices of y2k stocks. Drop in index maybe more due to the weight assigned to each stock. Do not worry ..y2k stocks have bottomed out in my IMHO.

Dear Ravi: If I had to guess, I would say Momentum money moved on to other pastures. Dont worry, I believe they will be roaring back as the Y2K sector most likely will be the one turning in the largest profit growth, by far, in this quarter and the next one. JDN
