Rainer,
This is very interesting so I need some clarification. The lack of momentum takes into consideration a NASDAQ listing. The move to $10 was stimulated by the S&P article, which was something you couldn't have anticipated, yet I admit you knew the right time to sell.

What scenario does TA take into condiseration. Mutual Funds can make a huge difference in average daily volume, and the stock can easily move above the 50 day and 200 day averages. Is this volume already anticipated.

Also, I'm learning a lot about market minipulation from a money manager at Dean Witter. Institutions want to buy as low as possible. Could they be controlling the momentum even now?

If this were a fourteen dollar stock, brokerages would be buying it up as we speak and this isn't happening that I know of.

I'm not bearish but I'm not as excited as I once was.

Regards,

Sylvester

Rainier, your answer is what is expected from TA. The news itself is relevant in that it has an effect and the marketplace responds. NASDAQ listing is a little different than news and so its effect may be somewhat hidden from TA.

One of the things listing does is bring a whole new group of potential shareholders to the table to listen to the story and make an investment decision. This should happen through the large number of retail brokers which don't normally follow BB issues and that cannot recommend them as investments. Secondly there are the institutions, which have been alluded to, which are prohibited from investing in BB issues and that can now buy into the story.

The story however, can take the stock only so far and in the long run a nice progression in sales and eps will reward all that stay the course.

Rainer,
I just read a post about giving you support. I don't know you personally and the balance of posts directly in support of your analysis and interpretation is far more significant than the ramblings of Doug R. or many of his ilk who use these threads to pursue their own agendas, and then attack when their position is exposed.

This is the nature of the beast, and only reflects well on the true democracy that is the internet.

I find it difficult to believe that someone as sensitive and intelligent as your are, would view this any other way.

If those on this thread haven't shown the respect and appreciation we feel, than I hope this note fills in the gaps. I hope I speak for most of us, but I'm sure other commentary is headed your way.

Your SI friend,

Sylvester.

PS. What does the late news Friday mean to us in the short term? Long term? Can the late activity Friday say anything about Monday? How significant was the late volume compared to the low overall?

Should we bail now and repurchase. Should we hold. Don't tell us, just the facts!!!.. See how much we need you!
