Stock price and volume up today. No news. Perhaps a prelude to an analyst buy report? It is rumored that analysts are preparing reports on the company. But no news yet. Appears that the recent acquisition of GBIZ's subsidiary, Disc-go-round" is settlement of a lawsuit that contended that the folks at GBIZ were attempting to swipe CDWI's proprietary computer program which tracks the value (and demand) of used CD titles. In any case, it made CDWI a rather large player in the retail music segment. (A segment beset by losses, except at CDWI.) Technically, the stock is forming a solid pennant. All these things bode well for further increases in the stock price. Art
