I didn't find it that vague at all....of course they can't be exact since they still have 4 weeks left in the quarter. The fact that they feel no need to warn at this time can only be viewed as positive. It doesn't mean that things can't deteriorate before the quarters over but it does suggest that so far, so good. At any rate, I am not really interested in whether they make or miss a quarter by a few penny's. The key issues IMO are that Intel remains extremely dominant in their field with their competition reduced to well oiled money losing machines, the DOJ will ultimately have no affect, and Intel is still one of the most profitable corporations on the earth....even during these tough times.
