i'm sure that many will be glad to help if you post specific details: the scan, date fields, report method etc. was the report file empty before the scan was started? create a new group where the results are reported, and see if the same stocks are found.

JT: Sorry to hear of your frustrations with WOW. Post specifics of the scan you are trying to run and I'm sure several will be willing to attempt a diagnosis. One quick suggestion; when you specify your scan, make certain that (on the securities tab) the box for start date for calculating the trading system or alert has a valid date that is sufficiently in the past so that the scan will work. (e.g., if you have a scan that requires checking for a 52 week high, make certain that the start date is at least earlier than 52 weeks in the past.). This may sound simplistic, however I once overlooked this requirement and wasted several frustrating hours trying to figure out why a scan I had run successfully the prior week had stopped working. I mean, I could visually see the condition on a chart, but the scan didn't output the security. Still don't know how the date got changed, as I keep it pre set quite a ways back. One other thought - check the group that you are outputting to, make certain that it is where you thought you were sending the scan results and that you have checked the boxes for "Add securities with signals to the group" and "Clear group before each scan".
