Sounds interesting, I have a question about one part - "We will start initial buying 5 minutes after we vote and 3 hours before close"

Is the info communicated via email? If so, what happens if someone is away from their PC in a meeting for hours at the critical moment and misses the vote/5 minute time allowance?

This sounds like an interesting concept to me. I think that the key point for a concept like this to work is 100% complete trust between all participants. It can be done, but would need to be a slowly developing scheme. Trust is a hard thing to earn, but an easy thing to lose. Let me know if any ideas are being thrown around!!
