Jim- As far as I can tell, GE is very aware of the previous managements missteps and the fact that, unlike most stock cons, they got caught. I feel that the company has been conservative in their claims and if Mr. Turner, et al, is comfortable with Mr. Paravincini releasing a 6.4 M proven, then I feel the risk involved is worth it. The odds here are a whole lot better than the 14M to 1 that Floridians buy into when they play the state lottery. They line up to do it. Been to Bolivia, I loved Bolivia. There is an honesty in the culture that I was impressed with. I walked that back streets of Bolivia and was invited to a 2 year old childs birthday celebration. This was one of the highlights of the many months I spent in South America. There is an unsophistication in this country that is refreshing. I hope that the countries rulers possess the same forthright nature that I was impressed with in the everyday citizens. Colleen
