Between the bickering:

Important message to all:

TEXN is represented by Mike King at Princeton Research. His number is
1-702-251-7163.

He also represents TREY which has been slowly moving up and is being
accumulated.

Here is the TREY DD:

TREY - COMPLETE DD -

THERE IS ACCUMULATION IN THIS STOCK AND IT IS UP FROM HERE. THIS IS A
TURNAROUND STORY AND THE COMPANY WILL BE RELEASING GOOD EARNINGS IN THE
NEAR FUTURE ALONG WITH ACQUISITION DETAILS AS THEY EMERGE.

TREY: The facts, observations and whatnot:

Treasury International, through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Megatran
Investments and Mega Blow Moulding Limited, manufactures and markets
customized plastic containers. For the 9 months ended 10/31/97, revenue
totalled $4.8M, up from $690K. Net loss from continuing ops. rose 65% to
$1M. Results reflect the acquisition of Mega Blow Moulding, offset by
greater carrying costs associated with the operations of Mega Blow and
Silver.

Earnings will be released in one to two weeks. I am TOLD that earnings
will be similar and the costs associated with the acquisition of Mega
Blow will not reflect on this report. I am TOLD that future earnings
will be significantly higher.

Other concerns: S-8 filing to sell shares HAS BEEN EXECUTED. The
proceeds from the sale of the shares went back into the company.

TREY is making new acquisitions now. These acquisitions will greatly add
to the value and profitability of the company (it would seem).

News Releases: The company will not do a news releases as acquisitions
become complete. These acquisitions will be complete "shortly" and news
will be released detailing acquisitions and planned direction of the
company over the next 1-2 years.

Technical analysis of the stock: There is no doubt that the stock is
under serious accumulation. The float is 22 million.
The stock has completed it's decline and is moving up slowly
(For Weinstein fans like me, this is a case of a classic completion of a
stage 4 decline, stage 1 base and now moving to late stage 1 base to
early stage 2). Obvious reflection of the accumulation. For those who
like OBV, have a look. I was told by TREY yesterday that several
interested investors have quietly accumulated 3-4 millions shares. It
doesn't matter if this is true or not... someone has been buying a lot
of TREY since mid Feb.

In 1996, TREY did a REG-S in an attempt to raise cash and boost stock
price (or so it was explained to me). This backfired and brought the
stock from 1.4 level down to a low of .02. Several of these investors in
the REG-S bailed early, hence the failure of the plan. TREY has no
intention of repeating this procedure. It is up from here.

Finally, the stock has been accumulated from real world buying over the
past few days - NOT INTERNET HYPE!!!

Finally: THIS INFORMATION IS MY OWN OBSERVATION COUPLED WITH PHONE CALLS
TO THE COMPANY (Mr. Mayre Amesel- 718-377-1028) AND WHAT I COULD FIND
FROM VARIOUS SOURCES ON THE INTERNET (MARKETGUIDE ETC..).

PLEASE CALL AND DO YOUR OWN DD. Thanks to Tom Allinder for his due
diligence as well.

What's wrong with you people. "Hold" means "hold" in my dictionary. And a deal is a deal! And selling was not part of the deal. If everyone did as TMex did and sold for free shares, the stock would have tanked for sure. So, its only ok when the leader does it, is that what I am hearing here? I am sure Barbara believes in TEXN or she would not have bought it.. She does her DD and has been very influential on these boards. I cannot understand these attacks on her. She is simply asking for honesty. She hasn't even said that she bought at the high or that she lost money. Her point is simply if someone is telling you to buy because they are holding, then they should be holding. I also thought this was a new strategy wherein we would all support the stock. And I am sorry to disagree with some of you, but I don't see 'selling' to get free shares as support. Support is buying and holding, and buying more. If I see the bid go down, I have to assume there are sellers and to me that isn't support.

What is so wrong with being able to take someone at his word? Or is that an ancient philosophy that does not apply here? Barbara is right ... integrity, honesty ... that is what is important. We are being asked to trust, well we need something (or someone) to trust in. Is it so difficult to stick to a plan ... BUY AND HOLD, SUPPORT THE STOCK, UNITED WE STAND, ETC. Seems a team is only as good as its leader.

THE BOTTOM LINE: Buy the dips in our focus stocks

Whatever we have learned, the very most important thing is to support the dips... if the leaders (and others) don't do this, the alliance will crumble before it starts and most will not play "follow the leader" in the future.

Whoever starts the game and sells the other's out might do okay on these stocks, but no one will follow them in the future. At least, I won't.

Here is a scenario for a succesful stock! Kind of like DGIV or maybe even closer to the way EDII is looking. Buying on DIPS on high volume "turns the float" quickly and brings in new investors at higher and higher levels. Some days will be very modest gainers or losers.

A MYTHICAL STOCK (then see actual stock below):
Day 0: 20 cents, climbs to 40
day 1: 40 to 55, then back to 35 (some profit-taking)
day 2: 35 to 31 continued profit-taking
day 3: 30 to 45 *** (buying the dip)
day 4: 51 to 75 then to 52 (gap and more profit-taking)
day 5: 52 to 56 *** (buying the dip)
day 6: 56 to 58 (slow steady movement, higher close)
day 7: 58 to 65 (ditto)
day 8: 65 to 1.10 (news and run up)
day 9: 1.10 to 1.40 then 1.00 (profit-taking)
day 10: .95 to .88 then 1.20 *** (buying the dip)
day 11: 1.20 to 1.25
day 12: 1.25 to 1.42
day 13: 1.45 to $1.60 etc

LOOK WHERE WE ARE.... up for 20 cents to $1.60 in 13 days of our mythical stock...but believe me this happens all the time. albeit at a different rate.

******** HERE IS ACTUAL CLOSING PRICE DATA ON DGIV:

4/9/98: 3-9/16 ...where I personally started buying again
