Neither...
Naysayer
nor
shorter .
I'm only interested in why this newly acquired business has opted for the public market. Liquidity for principals? Need for capital to expand marketing? manufacturing?
I'm just asking from someone who's following the story.

MAJOR ARXA NEWS

Just got the ok to post MOST of what I've discovered about ARXA. Its incredible. I
thought it was a great stock when I mentioned it at .35. . . now I can hardly believe
what we've got.

A) Acquisition News. . .
2nd and 3rd acquisitions are finalized. Major acquisitions. Will probably see first
announcement as soon as next week. One acquisition is a 31 year old company with
interests in over 600 oil wells! Will more than double the total assets of the company
once again.
We also will be getting back engineering reports from the first acquisition, probably
sometime next week. Preliminary outlook: ARXA got a much better deal than first
anticipated. There's a heck of a lot more oil in the ground than we thought.

B) Institutional Buying News. . .
Two friendly retail brokerages, Texas Capital and Lumine, are just beginning to
accumulate ARXA. They will be making a market in the stock. . . these are two very
friendly MM's. They'll be buying on the open market, their broker will be selling the
stock to investors, and Texas Capital and Lumine will just continue to accumulate.
I'm also told that SEVERAL mutual funds are beginning to accumulate ARXA. . . not
hedge funds either.
These groups will continue to accumulate over following days. They've just begun.
There is also a group out of Florida who plans on buying 100,000 shares per day.

C)Exchange listing. . .
It appears that ARXA will be meeting with the American Stock Exchange on June 9, in
regards to the possibility of obtaining an AMEX listing. Only stepping stone is stock
price, and. . . if half of the stuff mentioned above comes to fruitation (which I firmly
believe most if not all will. . .). . . ARXA will have no problem with that either.

D) Promotion
I've also been told that an e-mail about ARXA is going to be sent to 68 MILLION
people. No, not a typo. 68 MILLION. Believe it or not. . .
It also appears that a very, very hot internet promotional group has come aboard with
the PR for ARXA. . . I won't mention their name, but some of you may be able to guess
who I'm referring to. . .

CONCLUSION: ARXA is hugely undervalued at current levels. $5 is possible, maybe
even likely. . . and higher is not out of the question.
The institutional groups I've mentioned are prepared to purchase the entire float of 1.7
million. . .

So make sure to give ARXA a long, hard look. And look now, because I don't think
you'll be looking at the same stock price too much further in the future.
