Loren,
I accept your decision, not that you needed it. But, will you pls tell our new stockholders your definitive reasons to sell? I mean we ask new people to look through previous postings on this and the info thread to gain an insight as to this company
I am sure that all would appreciate your rationale. When one sells shares in a company there has to be some specific reason. You now have a bully pulpit, pls make use of it
Warm Regards,
Scottoo

RM: I took a look at Loren's explanation for why she sold DGIV. Although some of her reasons for leaving are the reasons for me staying, I think she has been very fair and decent in presenting her penny world thinking . Her explanation makes a strong case FOR DGIV.

She says: " Personally I have no idea which direction DGIV is going".

He says: In the bb world three weeks without announcements is a cruel and unusual punishment if you have not set your mind into thinking LONG.

She says: " On the downside, I think world events can have a negative impact on DGIV's business in the next several months. Indonesia, Russia, Asia in general are all in major economic slumps. No one knows what the outcome of these shaky economic times will be and how they will affect DGIV."

He says: most investors in the bb world are americans, and most of these have little or no "foreign" exposure. What to my eyes is a GREAT buying opportunity, for her is a headache. The fact that DGIV locked contracts in places where the big players from the industry cannot get in does not really register, those places are "messy" (from her perspective).

She says:" After buying for an average price of $.45 and selling for an average price of $6.25, I am very thankful to DGIV for tripling my net worth. With my DGIV profits I've bought tons of shares of penny stocks I am fond of and am hoping to find another jewel like DGIV so that I can enjoy another wonderful ride."

He says: This is a major issue with DGIV. We are penny but we don't want to be penny. We want to go to infinity and beyond. For the penny world $6 a share is a hell of a lot of money (Leonardo made me see this point, thanks!) and this is why she reinvested in tons of penny shares. For the bb world she did "the right thing". For us $6 is a platform, it's like: hey Jimmy come up with the SB10, lets go to NASDAQ, let's get out of the ghetto.

Just my HO
