Lesson(s) to be learned: 1. If you are the CEO or CFO of a company, do not invest in floorless convertibles (which IMHO is what started this whole mess for PKGP). 2. As an investor, do not buy shares in companies which have floorless convertibles. 3. If, indeed there is a large illegal short position, then if Altomare can pull off this short squeeze, he will have taught everyone a lesson (especially the shorts) and will go into the text books as a future classic how-to-do-it when faced with a large illegal short position in your company's stock. If he pulls it off, I will be obligated to apologize for all the bad things I have though ... and muttered ... about him.

Is there any more information concerning the company's announcement of Dividends issued to all shareholders coinciding with the new name change? I understand it will be a Warrant for additional shares, any more specifics on this??????
