I'd like to add my voice to the chorus of beta testers who have given a strong and loud "This is really a great product!" I'm in the CST zone which gave me a download at 5:05 PM this evening. One button punch and a whole batch of scans run while I eat, exercise, or just sit and giggle and the neatness of it all. Review a few position charts while the day is still fresh in my head, then do whatever.

And the scans! We are all going to be obliged to take turns carrying Brooke around in a sedan for making her work and the work of others she collected available to all. We'll divide up into teams of 4 and carry her in relay from Cleveland to the floor of the NYSE, where a wreath will be placed on her head by Allen Greenspan (who by that time will be using Brooke's catalogued scans to keep the ship of state steered clear of the Great Iceberg). She will walk up the steps on the backs of prostrate former Japanese Finance Ministers who had not aimed there browsers to geocities.com
and thus had brought shame on the whole of Japan.

Needless to say, Brooke will be speechless, for she will still be fixated on the pages of tattered book, mumbling something about a great white whale.

gonzongo,

You're absolutely right to pump up Sean.
We owe him a lot for his efforts.

Thanks Sean! And thanks to you too, "g"!

Paul

G,

no need for praise. Naomi will beat you at TAOTL cuz she already thinks my ego is the size of montanta :) Beta testing was a lot of work as you know. There are direct benefits when dealing with smaller vendors as you can attest. (They impliment features that WE requested!). Spots, I understand what you were saying. I actually did not understand andy's post at first and had to read them both 2 or 3 times to catch the jist... Hopefully, everyone will like R2. There are still many features missing but the product does seem to be stable and useable and gary is commited to continuining improvements to the software. I wish it was out sooner so that I didn't have to endure all the questions about when it what coming out and trying to defend Gary when he should have been defending himself :)

Enjoy All,

Sean
