Am I taking to myself here or what? Do we need a consolidation to keep a NASDAQ listing (CUSIF)? Or would we be better off with all the shares trading on the TSE (CQC)? You're thoughts would be appreaciated.

I own 5000 shares at (I'm embarassed to tell you the average cost), but it's high. The Mexico "play" seems exciting but does the company have the financial resources to "keep up the're end"?

The stock consolidation options in the shareholders package (which I received today) considers a 5 for 1 consolidatiom as the the maximum. Based on todays price this gives a price of 0.90 for the shares.

0.90 is LESS than the 1.00 NASDAQ minimum that is required for a continued listing!!!!!

Why do a consolidation if we can't keep our NASDAQ listing??

If you own any shares, vote against the consolidation plan.

If a 10:1 consolidation plan emerges, then I need to to re-think because this would mean we keep our NASDAQ listing.

Yours truly
