Igor, I agree! For example, it looks as if he's never heard of Layer 3 Switch Routers that are becoming widely accepted by the network administrators. It sounds like he's had little contact with networking products in a large networked environment. Maybe he thinks that networking in general is just 56K modems. Has he even read about the Navy Contract of yesterday? If so, nobody could make a statement like that, so I just ignored it. It's too bad we have to see so much of these type of statements.
