Afaq- I haven't gotten through to the people with the answer because both are out of town on business, but I have heard from a pretty good source that Par and his wife are now counting their shares separately. Therefore, his wife's shares are no longer counted as his shares. I'll let you know when I get a verified confirmation.

I am sure Par has sold NO shares since late last year. He is reporting his ownership which I am sure has not changed. His wife, Sharon, owns and controls her shares which she does not report as she retired from the Board. As a shareholder I took out a spreadsheet and satisfied myself this is true and any shareholder can, if past reports are sifted through and analyzed, can also confirm this fact. As he has announced he is in the process of buying a preferred issue already in the marketplace giving notification of his actions to increase his ownership. To me the above is a terrific vote of confidence; however, I own shares because of the promise of all that has been announced and confirmed. His ownership is interesting and a plus but only one of many items in the equation...we all have discussed the many items and I believe we are beginning to see market recognition with higher stock prices (at least I hope so!....but if not today then another day soon)
