JL--I don't think deferred revenues, if they exist, will have much of an impact, assuming that FY 99 revenues come in at $22 million as forecasted. I found the discussion in the recent 10K on SystemSoft's vulnerability to sporadic revenue figures to be worthwhile. The 10K also mentioned that employee stock options have indeed been repriced, which I was happy to see.

Besemer mentioned during the call that sales quotas will be between $2-3 million for each of the sales staff and that these will be in effect in three months (probably more like 2 months, now). That suggests that the sales plan over roughly the next year is between $40 and $60 million. Perhaps a market cap of $50 million is not unreasonable.
