[ADCO] Regarding your post showing that the SEC had filed a complaint back in December, you did not include the key line: "No material legal proceeding is pending at this time" which was stated just above the section you referenced. Many companies have lawsuits of one type or another, most are irrelevant to the operations of the company. The key is to look for whether it is material or not. I like ADCO's model and company direction. It is making good aquisitions and has plans for very strong growth this coming year.
