When ABMI recently broke through resistance at around .70 our fate might have been set. It appears that we may be headed for a bounce off the 200 day moving average just above .50.

Of course I would love to be wrong and see us head higher before that but to be honest there is simply too much fear out there among the faithful longs.

People are asking should I buy?

Should I sell?

Well I say hold and watch just a little while longer at this point because if history repeats itself then we should get a powerful bounce off that 200 day moving average should ABMI fall that far. I will be loading up the truck again in the low .50's soon. There is nothing wrong with our company or our stock except for an atmosphere of fear.

I believe GREED will once again kick in soon!

Regards, Jeff

Jeff, you're touting of ABMI is getting a little to thick and your ready access to Steve Rash and the Company's handsomely paid consultant so you can post your hype on this thread speaks volumes. Many of these companies have known for years what American BioMed has available. The medical device community is large but consolidated and should ABMI have had something of value it most likely would have been recognized and facilitated by a strategic partner already.

With respect to the stock price potential that you posted , perhaps even the Company has given up on that. When Steve Rash joined the Company the public filings say he was given options to purchase 600,000 shares, 400,000 of which were exercisable based on the achievement of specified stock prices. When he couldn't deliver the options were subsequently changed to be exercisable based on the passage of time only. Steve's come along way from Blue Rhino, his previous employer the propane tank refurbisher ( you can get the tanks at Home Depot). Maybe they' ll develop silicone grill tools next or better still maybe Blue Rhino will buy American BioMed or become a distrbutor!
