Frosty, This was the MUSE presentation done exactly one year ago. Everyone was praising MUSE on how great of a drug MUSE was. Now we are told that MUSE doesn't work. This year the presentations are now hyping Viagra. Next year they might have a few small biased studies Viagra. And maybe they will say that it doesn't work. Or maybe they will make something up like Viagra can induce deadly hypotension. Sooner or later the press will acknowledge that ED is a complex problem with no perfect cure.

That is the amazing thing to me. So much of it transcends good reporting and is just plain nasty. By contrast, without looking at any real numbers, I would guess that PFE or LILLY spends more on their annual phone bills than the total value of Vivus. Is Harley-Davidson a niche motorcycle? There are certainly fewer of them around than the other brands. Vivus has no delusions regarding how the market will be divided. For a while it looked like the press was ok with that. Now we have real conflicting reports regarding the effectiveness of Muse... with deadly timing. These are attempted kill shots. How come? Vivus was working for guys when I bought the stock in May, 97. Currently, Vivus is taking the predicted script-beating from Viagra, no surprise there. I'd like to see a well controlled head-to-head study involving the key ED meds asap. Nobody REALLY knows what the deal is. This ain't good for the patients who have the guts to seek treatment for ED. I'm not happy, these are critical times and the Vivus management APPEARS to be asleep at the wheel. But, the game ain't over till it's over. What do people think the new plant is for.. a sporty back-drop for an elaborate scam? What do people think Astra AB and Janssen Pharmaceutica are doing collaborating with Vivus on world-wide distribution of Vivus? Are people 100% convinced that the new and unmarketed Vivus formulation is ineffective? How about Vivus ED products under development...just busywork? Corpus cavernosum, Corpus spongiosum, corpus delicti. Frostman Frostman And what the heck is going on with Zona? Way off today.
