All this was decided so late in the day we only have the basics at the moment. This may be the end of the litigation, with what we presented but we have some more hard evidence that will only be enforced when we get the corporate documents, so if they want to make an a$$ out of themselves in front of a jury then its their choice. They had a chance to have a lawyer at todays hearing and chose not to. I am quite sure the Judge has many questions for the participants of this merger, and this is a Federal Judge so he is coast to coast and nation wide. The only thing I am certain of is no merger will happen until a BOD is in place and has had a chance to review the merger terms. I really dont know what the percentage amount is that responded to this nor who supports what. If doesnt really matter we will be getting the TA records to verify the share counts, the legitimacy of the votes and if these shares were legally purchased and not in conflict of interests. Also a court officer will moniter the voting. As for me representing anyone at a meeting, it doesnt matter to me, you guys seems to have done a very good job of speaking your minds, so it could be anyone you choose or if you just feel like speaking for yourself. I dont know the stock price is off about 90% in the past month and half and the dilution has run about 100% so if we arent in the fire now, we cant be too far away from it. Its going to be a busy next few days, so stay tuned for more of the answers as they come available. KAA
