That's one method. However, I do much better on the market when I buy and hold a stock long-term. I am often wrong with my short-term market predictions... (Usually I think the market will tank 1-2 months before it actually does, and market bounces are predicted early as well :).

When I believe that PAIR is over-valued, I will sell the stock or sell deep in-the-money covered calls. This method seems to suit my personality (and pocket-book) much better than day-trading.
