That is pure BS! I live in Plano, and they did some dsl testing in the addison area. But not publicly available. Two problems with dsl, noise cancellation of high frequency wires next to low freq, and the telcos themselves. If dsl was viable, i went be selling it right now. But I can't, telcos wont rent be dry copper because they claim interference. For support of my previous post, check newsbytes to read about what they about about the Canadain telecom infrastructure.
