ST, Thanks for the reply and info. The latte sounds real good. Another question (one of about 1,559,378,246). I see how isp's would use dvg, large co's w/ overseas etc. I wonder how small a company could use this. More specifically I have a friend whow is involved with an association with several hundred (thousand?) members and thought they might could use it? Sell long distance to membership? 800 # to dial in then pin then out to internet? Would they have to have a dedicated dvg on the other end or could there be a mechanism to find an open dvg in receiving city with some sort of standard billing rate (class) say all class 5 dvgs will connect and bill all other class 5 dvgs at a certain rate to receive calls; or if you go to a class 4 dvg its a higher rate (or lower). Then anyone who wanted to buy a dvg could and sell usage. Course I realize over the public system would be slower and less reliable, but that could sorta be up to the person placing the call couldn't it? Sooo many variables. Any thanks for the stuff to chew on. Later, Ed
