AMERICAN MILITARY ANALYSTS SAY IRAN AND IRAQ NEXT PROBABLE NUCLEAR POWERSJune 3, 1998ÿAccording to the Boston Globe, recent events in India and Pakistan testing their nuclear weapons has caused U.S. experts to say that Iran and Iraq are the next likely candidates to step into the nuclear arms race. Most official and independent authorities argee that both nations are scouring international markets for nuclear weapons materials and most believe that the Clinton administration will be just as unsuccessful in stopping them as they were with India and Pakistan. CIA intelligence in 1994 estimated that Iran will have nuclear capability between 2002 and 2004 although Isarel estimates that they might become a nuclear state as early as 2001. The National Council of Resistance of Iran, which opposes the regime in Tehran, has said that the current Iranian government has been seeking a nuclear build-up called the "great secret plan." It could be sooner of course when we consider that India and Pakistan seemed to proceed to their current situation unexpectedly.

Hi Alex. Thanks, you are absolutely right. I also just checked and, for the first time in several days, got the graph.
