Rob Chaplinksy did the same thing prior to last Q's earnings. Intel beat the estimates BTW and he looked like an IDIOT.

This Q, the idiot chaplinksy again checks out RETAIL sales, and says the PC market is slow. A couple of days earlier he said things were OK.

The SEC should look at the Analysts. And CNBC parrotting and dramatizing of the Analysts. CNBC crying FIRE in the midst of trading, is not free speech.

All those Lawyers in Georgia, could get richly rewarded, should they SUE CNBC (imagine the consequences of a network saying there was a NUKE on the way...they would really pay for such a thing even if some analysts did say a NUKE was on the way).
