God has his own methods of balancing the balance sheet. It sounds like he will be soon meeting a judge that knows the truth and is not effected by B.S.. Good luck, David in the final court of appeal!!

Globe says Walsh could take secrets to the grave, suit to continue

Bre-X Minerals Ltd BXMShares issued 2191033301997-05-07 close $0.09Thursday Jun 4 1998The Globe and Mail reports in its Thursday, June 4, edition that lawsuits filed over the collapse of Bre-X Minerals will continue despite the illness of company founder David Walsh, lawyers involved in the action said yesterday. The Globe's Paul Waldie writes that several lawyers, however, said the suits will suffer if Mr. Walsh remains incapacitated because his role in the company was critical. One lawyer said Mr. Walsh knows things that will go to the grave with him. Mr. Walsh remains in critical condition and in a coma yesterday in a hospital in Nassau, the Bahamas. He was admitted Sunday after collapsing at his home west of the city. He wife, Jeanette, and their sons are at his bedside and have declined to comment.
