I can't guarantee you that he will respond immediately to your request but you can email him with your questions at mmerhab@home.com Yes, market makers can certainly short the stock and they do it in such away that you would believe the stock is tanking when really the company is doing fine and long term investors may be at a loss both literally and figuratively as to what is going on. Market makers could potentially trash this stocks price while making a handy profit out of investors who are selling into the fall. It's a psychological battle. As soon as investors realize that the stock is excessively oversold, they may buy it back up rapidly and the MM's make money going both ways.As a long term investor in this stock I'd like that turn of events to happen soon but I can wait and accumulate bargain shares. The market is bearish right now and the tech sector gets sold off any time it shows some strength. Some were attributing it to end of the month selling. But it's June, now. Hello! I think not. You can sit on the sidelines and wait for this to recover or you can take it as an opportunity to buy at bargain basement prices. It has to triple to comeback. Lets look at the facts. A new income generating company is now added to AWEB; the company is getting publicity and traffic on it's websites that have been under development for months; and the stock is trading at a low. Do you sense a severe disproportion between positive info and stock direction. This stock represents more real upside potential to me than those hyped stocks over yonder (you know where). 'hope that investors come to their senses and realize what is going on.
