If you took the time to review the document trails ove rthe past couple of years you'd probably agree with my assessment of the situation, as every other shareholder I've spoken with does. I don't think I called it an SEC conspiracy. They frucked up and bad by letting there enforcement role get delegated out to some companies that abused their relationship with the SEC and broke some laws. They are now trying to keep those facts from being made public.

Of course I wish I had known that the deep pocketed short sellers were going to be successful in avoiding any pressure from their buddies (and, in one case, boyfriend) at the SEC. Eventually the oversight committee will slam 'em. Facts have a way of outliving lies and coverups. (Hint: Clinton is a short-timer)
