Michelle, the trading volume on FSTW is low because it is not being played by the day traders. FSTW is a longer term buy & hold situation with the major investors having no intention of selling anywhere near the current price levels. It would only take a small amount of buying pressure to push it over $6 as the free float is very small.

But until it starts the next up move, you can get in at a bargain. In my opinion, there is very little downside. It will move up on good news.

Michelle, FSTW went public back in '93 as Broc, when they were the first CIS vendor to go public, and when Vntv and Seibel were still on the drawing board. They hit $25+ before imploding and have been wall street road kill ever since. Their current volume is reflective of how far they've fallen. However, in fairness, at this point in time they finally have some very good executive management, and their new product has the potential to get them growing again....at which point in time someone might buy them for half of their former high of $25.

Michelle, your atatement" Guys, something is wrong when a stock only trades 600 sh/day. I've never heard this"

I ask myself the same question. Also did you notice that the first 900 shares traded this morning dropped the price 4%. Only answer to me is the sale was a market sell. After looking at the two low sale orders, I think that the stock (FSTW), has reached an equilibrium. With the above conditions can you feature a buyer wanting 100,000 shares? Scary isn't it.

Rogers answer does show the technical reasons. And he gave a very good explanation. I really liked his add on about the analyst.
