Maybe not. Consider that the S&P500 is up over 50% since then and you can argue that the bottom should also be up that much.

Interesting..... I'm more into fundamental analysis but a bit of TA is useful for trying to find good entry points.

Note, I have only bought UTEK in the last yr as I have enough from my '96 purchases so I have not spent tons of time finding a good entry point.
