Larry, Alcatel makes their own DMT ADSL chip. I think AWRE is going to get bought by LU who needs a quality DMT ADSL chip offering. AWRE and DSC Comm. have been partnered since the beginning. This is all very interesting. I have no idea how this will affect AWRE in trading tommorrow. I would figure that all the telco equipment stocks will be up as a clear consolidation is underway.
