PaperChase, I expect ADCT to trade in the overall direction of the telecommunications sector. I think ADCT will be an acquirer not an acquiree though. It has a history of expanding through acquisitions. On the plus side, management thinks the stock is undervalued as they started the stock buy back plan when ADCT was in the 27 to 28 dollar range. I would not look for any major acqusitions though till the stocks price of ADCT is trading closer to 40. If you looking for takeover candidates I think AFCI is a better bet right now. It is a little pricey though. BAY is another choice though again is is a little pricey given the outlook for the next 2 Q's. Regards Harry
