Boy folks - nothing like waking up early and seeing all of the great posts from last night (both positive and negative). Having experience in private placements years ago, I know that there are strict time restrictions as to selling and in many cases - how much the group can sell at one time. Anybody investing in a TSIG PP is looking at a much larger picture like many of the over valued CD stocks out there. Can you say double digits? They're much like ourselves - only earlier. In fact they were probably informed about the CCI part of business and that's what brought them into the fold. I am personally thrilled to see the weak hands slowly migrating out of TSIG. It will make us much stronger in the long run. As far as the insider buying of 248,000 shares - that's the greatest vote of confidence and an absolute steal at these current sale prices. Certainly better than the opposite. A toast to the smart insiders buying a quarter million shares of a company they believe in........Norms
