ALYA ... I know a lot about Building automation. I have been traded in numerous systems and have interlocked small company systems into larger systems and use the same wiring and sensors. All you have to do is get the resistance and calculate the impedence. Adjust you slope and intercept and the interlock is basically complete. If you cannot get the specifics the chaning a sensor is cheap. The CEO, Milan Varnogursky is well know and repected in the international community. That alone will open the doors for opportunities. Whereas Patrick Rowley is extrememly qualified to market there sytem because of his back ground in car-access which is the item everyone wants now a days, plus electronic security and Life saftey systems. Then there is Jaro Bucko who is the guru of the systems they design and then install. Mototrola also is assisting them with development. Now this particular industry is always changing as new technolgy hits the market. Building automation is infamous for changing almost every 6 months. About 12 years ago the energy conservation was on the move and optimization was of great concern to building owners. This need to control there buildings with exactly adjustment to the exisitng conditions saved them tons of money. The pay back in energy saved basically could pay them back for the system in 2 years most of the time. Well a decade later and now you have outdated systems. Since I know BOMA now teaches this (I am an ex instructor) :-) Building automation and security is always looking for a new an improved automation systen that can interlock through a wide area network and interlock some how with all the wonderful systems they have in place. This is where ALYA intends to focus on the marketing fo the OPENcentri network they have developed. This unique versatility may draw some interesting corporation to the table to acquire thei technology instead of re inventing the wheel.
