Rookire ... Lets put it this way ... He dropped the warrants exercise price to apparently get the dang things exercised. NO ... people are greedy. The one element on considered in the equation was the human error of greed. When this stock was higher and the warrants were up to .75 everyone was excited but they would not exercise them. See people are strange they want the price to go up but they do not want to take the warrants out of the equation. Then they want to complain the price fell back down.

I tried to tell everyone that if they did not exercise them and the common gets out of sinc with the warrants arbitrage was going to happen. Wrote hours and hours of posts on this. When you bought them was not the common price almost double where it is now?

The warrants have been at a $1.00 and have been there since they were issued... Are people buying and exercising ... some are and some aren't. The sooner the warrants get bought and exercised the sooner the common and all will hold a solid price. Now if he decides to raise them back why should you be angry ???? At least at a dollar he takes out the arbitrage till it gets to a higher price. Dropping the exercise price merely shot himself in the foot.

We shall see for the company is putting out defining news releases and clearly they have something. This concept of people getting mad makes no sense to me at all. If you will not exercise them @ .50 then I doubt you never will. Heck I like other long term holders want to see those dang things gone.

That is like others screaming about the split ... well if you have not sold the "A" then you really do not have much to worry about for you will get the split. If you sold your shares prior to xdate then you sold the dividend with them and if you got your broker to sell both you existing and extra shares then you will probably be short the extra shares. Look if you sell something you do not physically have then that is a short position simple as that. Two wonderful shareholder concepts.

Just goes to show no matter what you try to do people are people and never ever satisfied. This is why I told everyone to buy on AMSC and equalize the trilogy that way we could avoid a lot of this arbitrage but some were dealing with money more than the AMSC.

Oh well I guess time will tell ...
