Bruce,

Over 5% means they have to file. They may have until the 10th of the month following their crossing that threshold, however.

Similar to insider trading.

We should know soon, although maybe that's where Bloomberg picked it up and it just hasn't hit Edgar yet.

It sure does explain the relative strength "A" rating in IBD.

Hmmm, I knew that name Barclays Bank sounded familiar. Wasn't it Barclays that dropped installation of NT4.x to go back to Netware 4.x because of all the problems and costs in bringing their enterprise level NOS up and running? I just can't remember the link from Novell site, and a search won't pull them up either.

I'd appreciate yours or anyone elses help in finding that news item.
