Oh yeah they cant do any bankruptcy games until after the proxy vote, they are frozen, and locked down , thats part of the "status quo" part we were awarded. so dont you all worry about this <g>

Plus how do you go bankrupt with $1.5 mil cash and no debt? And which federal court would they try to file it? Certainly not in the one that just ripped them a new one and issued these injunctions? LMAO
