Del, here's a news release pertaining to internet access devices.

BOCA RATON, Fla. and REDWOOD SHORES, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- June 2, 1998--Boca Research, Inc. (NASDAQ: BOCI) and Network Computer, Inc. (NCI), an affiliate of Oracle Corporation and Netscape, today announced an agreement to manufacture Internet access devices (thin clients) for consumer and commercial markets.

Under the terms of the agreement, NCI's Internet access device software and technology will enable a range of devices designed and manufactured by Boca. Boca plans to ship a product using NCI's TV Navigator software by the fourth quarter of 1998. Pricing and product specifications will be provided upon availability.

"We are excited about NCI's TV Navigator technology and the creative features that we are co-designing and developing," said Tony Zalenski, Boca's President and Chief Executive Officer. "We have worked indirectly with NCI for more than a year, providing the marketplace with innovative products. By forming a direct relationship, Boca will be one of NCI's primary US-based hardware manufacturers. NCI is well positioned with the major telephone companies, cable companies as well as many leading Internet content providers. We feel that the business that NCI will bring us will allow Boca to fund the development of its Internet access devices, as well as bring us significant incremental revenue," he concluded.

"We are pleased to extend our relationship with Boca Research," said David Roux, CEO of NCI. "Boca Research has a proven track record of building highly-integrated and affordable hardware. The combination of our software technology and Boca's experience in network interfaces will produce a range of Internet information appliances that can take advantage of today's advanced, high-speed networks."
