I agree, John. Good points. Add to that Karl's earlier observation that company execs are concerned about recent price activity, and would take steps to support the stock. At least I think that's what he said. gggg. Moreover, let's not miss the significance of TAVA being invited to appear before Congress as expert witnesses...

Dear John, This is a terrible dilemma for Corporate America,your dammed if do-let their names be published thus bringing on the shorts, or you refuse to have your name mentioned in press releases by company's like Tava.Once,corporate america i.e. corporate council,realize they can no longer protect their Directors and company's from litigation,they'll get it.Moreover,as company's start to recognize the benefits of being
compliant,they start to include this in their advertising campaigns.
Unfortunately,we're not there yet.Until the media floods us with the
Year 2000 problem and it finally appears on 60 minutes,we'll all have to contend with these read between the lines press releases from company's like Tava!!
