he doesnt get to cheat and buy in on yesterdays price
and he has to do it on the ask price when he buys in case the bid price doesnt go to the ask..

you could always say...yes but if I had my order in they might bring it down to that price...and often happens..BUT....

you have to set stricter limits when paper trading
