You must be using "freerealtime", so do I, but as a backup because it is not as detailed and runs a bit slower I use:

thomsonrtq.com

It's a good idea to sign up, as freerealtime is down on occasion.

Had same problem with freerealtime, I use this one as a backup, or the speed dialer to broker buddy billy.
