KZAP: Good suggestion, spoke with Mr. Jeff Brommer @ 800-749-0114 today. First impressions are important and he was a pleasure to speak with. The following may already be know:

1. MIDI purchased JAVA Franchise in December 98. Their business plan is to penetrate the national market place. Their next JAVA opening is in the State of Virginia. Presently they have 20 cafes with which one is company owned. Due to confidentiality, Jeff has seen the business plan by which MDMI envisions a major national business launch. He could not expand or comment further on this issue, but, understandable. I certainly do agree - get the business then talk about it. Naturally, this business plan will place the stores across the USA rapidly, if their pitch is excepted with business clients.

2. National Food Chain is very large and they will provide MDMI to market their product(s) in stores across the USA.

3. It became very obvious, to myself, there is a new and better business climate and direction by management (CEO) that has turned this company around today and well into the future. Everything Jeff spoke was regards to the National Marketing Business Plan.

4. Other comments: Jeff mentioned they expect earnings to triple next year. He commented receiving "many" telephones calls from brokerage firms regards MDMI potential.

In conclusion the company is hungry and wants their business plan to happen rapidly. I will increase my position.

Best wishes:)
