Sergio--just posting what i find--is there any concern do you think for this insider selling---from Philadelphia Inquirer--
STV GROUP INC.: William Doyle, director, sold 10,000 shares of
common stock at $18.25 to $19.25 each from Mar. 20 to Mar. 27, and
now directly holds 120,000 shares. Michael Haratunian, chairman,
exercised an option for 24,242 shares of common stock at $4.13 each
on Mar. 17. To cover expenses of the transaction Haratunian turned in
4,878 shares for $20.50 each on Mar. 17, and now directly and
indirectly holds 64,762 shares. Peter W. Knipe, officer and trustee,
exercised an option for 10,000 shares of common stock at $4.13 to
$5.13 each on Mar. 17,. To cover expenses of the transaction Knipe
turned in 2,256 shares for $20.50 each on Mar. 17, and now directly
holds 18,760 shares. Dominick M. Servedio, officer, exercised an option
for 24,242 shares of common stock at $4.13 each on Mar. 17. To cover
expenses of the transaction Servedio turned in 4,878 shares for $20.50

Your investigative call,now doubt validates this--but I have just done an EXHAUSTIVE search via WSJ publication library and the Philadelphia
Inquirer and this press release or any thing like it can not be found--it appears never to be actually picked up by any print media.max90
