WOW!!! You have put together a great compilation. Thank you. I am hoping that OFIS will generate upward action after the spinoff and reverse split. Terry PS When will Allegeny spinoff Chicago Title? Y was up 7 today which is a big jump.

Stew: What do you think of the Octel spinoff, my prespinoff analysis said they were a good value at anything less than $25. It appears that they have been hammered pretty hard by the SP500 selloff (octel is not part of the group whereas glk is) Also by the fact that it is the non growth business and it seems that everybody hates it. My thinking: 14.7 million shares @ 20$/share 450 million in debt 150 million free cash flow If free cash flow is applied to debt and you believe that management will pare down the debt by 2/3 in next ~2 years, than it would appear that a double is reasonable. My targets are a little more aggressive, I feel they could get to $40 in 1999 and to $80 within 2 more years. Have you followed this one and what do you think ? thanks
