Frank, Why does grade increase with sample size? Is this guaranteed (unlikely), or just a generalization. My guesses as to the reasons are:

i) the larger sample is taken from the most prospective area, using info from previous samples
ii) there is less destruction of stones due to larger diameter drilling (or is bulk sample even taken by drilling?)
iii) since the previous smaller samples don't usually find any really big macros, when these are found in the larger sample they will boost up the average grade (and $/carat too)
