Opala, good questions. A month or so ago I asked Ellen to let me know which positions were new position hires and which were replacements for existing positions. I want XOMA to fill us in on this sort of thing on their site. Turns out they were just adding additional depth. Don't know if that is the correct answer now. Suggest you call or e-mail Ellen and cut and paste the job position listing. I do follow the rumor mill site and so far don't hear anything from anyone even pretending to be an employee. We do know one ex employees "hates" Scannon and one probably ex employee "hates" Castello. Don't know what one does with that sort of info. Worked for great organization that accomplished fantastic miracles. Top guy was hated by some. Had both good and bad traits. The good he did far outweighed the bad. Focus on turnover seems very appropriate as this would be information on which to make decisions. Let us know what Ellen says to your questions.
